Remember when we all had our own websites?

I'm old. I do. And I'm tired of social media. I'm tired of Big Tech controlling everything. 1999 it felt like everything was possible for the individual and now, it feels like nothing is, right?

Stumbled upon Neocities a few minutes ago (STUMBLE UPON. who remembers that!) and was shocked. I had no idea this is even a thing, people just making their own websites again. So, here I am. I made a little site. Nothing on it right now but an old person grouse that things were better in the old days. Which, they were.

Let's see what happens next. I will look at what other people are doing!
